Regulatory information
Brunel Holdings Ltd is not a member of ABTA or ATOL, as we act as an agent for third-party property managers and do not sell package holidays or flight-inclusive arrangements. Because your booking contract is with the property manager, any financial protection or guarantee scheme covering your booking is theirs, not ours, and will be set out in their terms.
As a company registered in England and Wales, we are bound by UK law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where we offer bookings to guests in other countries, we also comply with the consumer protection, data protection and accessibility law applicable in those markets, including the national laws implementing the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) in the EU. Nothing on this page limits any mandatory rights you have under the law of your own country.
