Every home on stay.cx comes from an established property manager: professional operators who look after unique homes on behalf of their owners, answer the phone, and are there when guests arrive. We work with them directly, and only with them. No private listings, no resellers.
We list around 140,000 holiday homes across 88 countries, from a flat for two to a farmhouse for twenty. Search and filters narrow it down to the one stay that is worth the journey. Whichever you book, the home has been described, checked and priced by people who know it.
Who we are
stay.cx is based in London, England and was founded by people who have spent twenty years in the vacation rental industry: on the supplier side, running distribution across some of the largest global travel brands, and inside the businesses whose homes appear on this site.
Our experience in working with owners, knowing how to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and what makes a holiday home outstanding, is what enabled us to build a holiday home platform without compromise.
